Discord Group Rules

§1 – GENERAL PROVISIONS

1. The TRADE WARS group is intended to bring together individuals interested in the subject of cryptocurrencies, financial markets, traders of various experience levels, and above all, fans of the group’s founder known under the pseudonym Jurek S. Analizy (Jurek S. Analysis).
It is essential to remember the basic provisions that you had the opportunity to read or hear multiple times before joining the group:
1.1. This is not a typical signal group; you won’t find regular signals here. However, by attentively observing the actions of our advanced traders, you will certainly come across signals when they are about to engage in trading.
1.2. This is not a training group, but you will undoubtedly gain valuable knowledge from it, and you will be able to ask questions about our methodology and the decision-making process.
Keep in mind that at the beginning, you may not understand everything that advanced traders write. These are individuals who have spent years reaching their level, and you won’t likely grasp all the terms and concepts they use in a short period.
This also requires your commitment – within the group, you will find educational channels, live webinars, chat advice from other traders, and many more tools to help you grasp the basics of trading.
You can also undergo training with an advanced trader or even with Master Jurek S. himself.
2. The TRADE WARS service is intended for adults.
3. Group users must comply with the law according to their criminal and civil jurisdiction.
4. The group administration reserves the right to change this regulation. The group administration will inform about the changes to the regulations by making it available/sending it to the user’s email, no later than 14 calendar days before the modified regulations come into effect. In the event that a user participating in this group does not accept the new content of the regulations, they are obliged to notify the group administration within 7 days from the date of notification about the changes to the regulations, which will result in their removal from the group. When the updated regulations come into effect, they will be binding for the user in case of further use of the group.
5. Your Discord account is linked to the personal data you provided on the tradewars.pro website when creating your account.
6. It is prohibited to transfer any rights or obligations arising from this Regulation to other individuals without the Administrator’s consent.

§2 – USING THE SERVICE

1. Users of the TRADE WARS service are strictly prohibited from sharing group materials such as webinars, recordings, graphics, analyses, setups, messages, and any other type of text or materials published within the group.
2. Selling one’s own courses, signals, or other materials using the TRADE WARS group, inviting TW members to other groups, including private messages to other group members, is prohibited. An exception can be made with special permission from the administration.
3. Advertising other groups, YouTubers, creators, content, or products unrelated to Jurek S’s activities within or in connection with the group through private messages to group members is not allowed.
4. Threats or profanity sent in private messages to any of the group participants are prohibited.
5. Use the channels according to their designated purposes. For example, in the bitcoin-chat channel, we do not discuss our lunch or other markets. For such discussions, move to a different chat.
6. Complaints should be directed directly to @ADMINISTRATOR or @MODERATOR in private messages.
7. Please refrain from sending private messages to Jurek S. without a significant reason. If you have questions about training topics, the current situation in a specific market, the group, website, YouTube, or other general topics, ask your questions in the appropriate chat or send them to @ADMINISTRATOR or @MODERATOR.
8. The administration reserves the right to delete any user’s posts and impose penalties on a user’s account for violating the regulations. The administration determines when the regulations have been violated. Penalties may include public warnings, private warnings, temporary mutes, and, in exceptional situations, permanent bans, for which no refunds will be provided to the user.
9. It is strictly prohibited to comment on or attack traders outside the group, their methodologies, training, work, results, and other aspects.
10. The legal section is for asking questions related to law and obtaining preliminary opinions to facilitate solving legal issues. Preliminary opinions are not based on the analysis of any documentation but solely on the circumstances presented by users of the TRADE WARS service. In particular, preliminary opinions do not include answers to additional questions not included in the original inquiry. It is possible to commission @Paragraf for professional legal services with a 10% discount on the service price. Such services are provided outside the TRADE WARS service and are governed by an agreement between the user of the TRADE WARS service and @Paragraf. TRADE WARS service is not responsible for providing preliminary opinions or performing legal services on behalf of @Paragraf. Questions asked in the legal section must not aim to circumvent the law or be used for committing crimes or facilitating the commission of crimes.
